Before Cloudfox

Scape's property data lived in PEX, their PMS, while the commercial team worked in HubSpot. The two only met once a day, by hand. Someone logged into PEX, downloaded a report, cleaned it up in a spreadsheet, then imported it into HubSpot and checked it.

That meant the CRM was only ever as current as the last manual export, and the whole process depended on one person remembering to run it. Tenancy status, room numbers and workflow steps were always a step behind what was happening on the ground.

The data used to come through once a day. Someone had to log into PEX, download a report, transform it in a spreadsheet, then manually import and check it in HubSpot. That whole process is now automated. The data refreshes every 15 minutes, it's not dependent on one person, and what's in HubSpot is always accurate.
